[July 19, 2026]Traily ("Traily", "we", "us", or "our") is a browser extension that replaces your browser's default history page with a modern, private way to search and rediscover your browsing history. This Privacy Policy explains what data Traily accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The short version: Traily processes your browsing history entirely on your own device. Your browser history is never uploaded to us, sold, or shared. The only data that can ever leave your device is optional, anonymous product-usage analytics — and only if you explicitly turn it on.
This policy applies to the Traily browser extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store and any browser that supports it. Traily does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use it.
To do its job, Traily reads your browsing history and related data locally, on your device. This information is used only to build the features you see (search, journeys, sessions, daily digest, statistics, favorites, and calendar views) and is stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and extension storage).

This data stays on your device. It is not sent to Traily, and Traily has no backend server that stores your browsing data.
Traily requests the minimum permissions required for its features:
